Introduce Yourself to Our Audience:

I’m Paul Kornman and this is my first play at the Connecticut Theater Company.

What character do you play?

Harry the Horse (not an actual horse – it’s not that kind of play).

What makes you most excited about returning to the stage after the pandemic?

Putting on a play that we started rehearsing in January, 2020.

Who is your favorite character in Guys and Dolls?  And why?

Nathan. He’s a guy who’s trying to avoid his fate and fails almost every step of the way.

What are you most excited for our audience to experience while watching our first production in over a year?

Sitting in a theater with strangers watching a live performance.

Who inspired your love of theater?  And why?

I started performing only quite recently and my family (wife and children) has been very encouraging and supportive.

With music and lyrics by Frank Loesser and book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows, Guys and Dolls opens June 11th and runs through June 27th at Connecticut Theatre Company. Tickets on sale now!
