Introduce Yourself to Our Audience:

Hey there! My name is Noah Ryan Pekari. I’m an actor/comedian who is happy to be back on stage for the 3rd time with CTC.

What character do you play?

For the show I will be playing the role of Nathan Detroit

What makes you most excited about returning to the stage after the pandemic?

As many actors/entertainers, I am super excited to return to a live audience, feeding off the crowd and lapping up the energy that they provide.

Who is your favorite character in Guys and Dolls?

My favorite character in Guys and Dolls is a tie between Benny and Nicely. They both provide comic relief and heart in areas of the show that are unexpected.

What are you most excited for our audience to experience while watching our first production in over a year?

I’m excited for the audience to see the show and experience live theater REAL and IN PERSON. There’s no zoom show this time!

Who inspired your love of the theater? And why?

My parents inspired my love for theater by exposing me to musicals at a young age. Growing up I was able to watch my relatives perform in live theater. I have now performed in around 20 shows/plays.

With music and lyrics by Frank Loesser and book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows, Guys and Dolls opens June 11th and runs through June 27th at Connecticut Theatre Company. Tickets on sale now!
